Who we are

Daanyam on this website is operated by Daanyam Technologies Private Limited(“we”, “us”). Questions: hello@daanyam.com.

What the service is

We compute astrological charts and offer readings from Western, Vedic and Chinese traditions. The astronomy is precise; the readings are interpretation, offered for reflection and entertainment. They are not medical, psychological, legal, financial or relationship advice, and you should not rely on them for decisions of that kind.

Using the site

  • You must be at least 16 to use the site.
  • Enter only birth details you have the right to use: your own, or someone else’s with their permission.
  • Do not scrape, overload or try to break the site, or use it to build a competing service.

Paid reports

  • Prices are shown in US dollars before you pay, and payment is handled by PayPal.
  • Reports are digital and delivered by email and on a private page on this site.
  • If a report does not arrive, or was generated from details different from the ones you entered, contact hello@daanyam.com and we will fix it or refund you. Each report page states its delivery time and refund terms.
  • If you are a consumer in the UK or EU, you ask us to start delivery straight away when you pay, which means the 14-day cancellation right ends once the report is delivered. Your other statutory rights are not affected.

Our content

The site, its text and its reports belong to us. You may keep, print and share your own reports for personal use.

Liability

We work hard to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made on the basis of a reading, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date above shows the current version. These terms are governed by the laws of India, but if you are a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live. Your data is covered by our privacy policy.
