One rupee adds 2 coins. Coins pay for readings on Daanyam. They stay in your wallet. They are not cash. You cannot send them to someone else, and you cannot turn them back into cash.
A new sign-in can claim 30 coins once. These are free. They last 30 days from the day they are added. Paid coins do not expire.
When a reading has a price, free coins are used first. Paid coins are used after that. If a reading does not finish, those coins return to your wallet on their own. You do not need to ask.
Aside from the welcome coins, you can earn up to 60 coins in any 30 days. Welcome coins do not count toward that limit.
If the birth date saved as you is under 18, you can earn coins. Buying stays off, and the payment screens stay hidden.
While Patrika credit is turned on, coins you have already spent on a paid reading can lower the price of a Janma or Dasha Patrika. The wallet is not charged again for that reduction, and the amount is shown before you pay. While Patrika credit is off, the Patrika price stays the same.
Messages about coins are sent only after you agree, on the screen where you claim welcome coins or on a reminder about an answer.
We store the time you agreed, the screen you used, and the phone number for those messages.
To stop them, email support@daanyam.in. We record that you withdrew your agreement, and we stop using that number for coin messages.
When you type a question, we store that text. We store the answer we write, whether you chose a card or typed the question. Both stay linked to your wallet.
Answers are kept while your account exists. The text of questions you type is deleted after 12 months.
Only paid coins you have not spent are refunded to the original payment. That includes paid coins brought over from a Meera pack. Welcome coins and earned coins are not paid out as cash.
