Vaishnava calendars sometimes keep a different morning when Dashami is still running at arunodaya, or when the tithi misses a sunrise. That split is a caveat here, not a second published date, until the Drik sheet is signed.
The Hindu Temple in Jebel Ali replaced the old Bur Dubai compound as the emirate's main public temple. Because the UAE forbids public visarjan in creeks, Ganesh Chaturthi here is a temple-compound ritual on Gulf time. A Delhi Rahu Kalam of 10:30–12:00 IST is 9:00–10:30 GST — and still the wrong window, because Dubai's sunrise is not Delhi's minus 90 minutes.
